Until a few days ago I had never dealt with mouldlife and given I had never used their products I was a bit confused in regards of what products were best suited for my needs, i popped over an email asking g for a little information and was very pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and speediness of their reply! Most companies can take a day or two but I was greet with an email within an hour! I dealt with 2 ladies called Helen and Gemma and they were equally great! I felt at ease instantly and got the relevant info i needed. With many emails and information the whole turn around time was a day, which was a great relief, if you have any Issues and end up dealing with these two ladies, then rest assure you will be dealt with professionalism and confidence! I look forward to buying from them again.

University students left high and dry by this company, arranged to buy products for this term through the university, sales people full of empty promises, they’ve taken the money and weeks into the Course and Salford University still no products and kit, no correspondence. Avoid this company, products might be good, we have no idea they still haven’t supplied any of them. Very very poor
