    Bought an Approved Used Amarok in January. Sales was good. However, developed a fault 6 weeks later. Came with a years warranty. Took it into my nearest vw agent. They said to contact Motus. Spoke to my original Sales Person who promptly disappeared. Was put on then to Tom who eventually agreed to pay for the repair. Then he promptly disappeared without paying. I've tried to speak to him as did VW Chelmsford, no response. I've had to pay £245 to get my vehicle myself, otherwise would be without a vehicle for the Easter weekend, which they knew and did nothing. These guys are slow, evasive, unprofessional and indifferent. The warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. Very poor.

    I’ve taken my van here for servicing many times. They’ve been really good in the past except for over tightening my oil cap during servicing. On that occasion they did the decent thing and had a look without charging as it seemed to be their fault- as it indeed was. This time, post service it is leaking again but they want £100 for the privilege of checking the leak?! Sadly I will have to take my van elsewhere.

    Turned up this morning after making a booking and getting confirmation via the Motus website , only to turn up at the service desk and be told they haven’t any record of our booking in their system. The chap behind the service desk looked at the printout I displayed and couldn’t explain why the service isn’t booked. In short , ant otal waste of a morning and will not be using your services again. The mind boggles that if you cannot sort out a simple service booking system, how a you qualified to work on complex systems like vans. Oh and I’m still waiting for the service manager to call me, not holding my breath. Not impressed at all.

    Absolutely appalling customer service. My partner taken his Caddy van in for a recall in october, he wasnt made aware of anything that could go wrong if the recall was to be carried out. Recall had been carried out and a light appeared on the dash Motus had said they would need to take it for a test drive to see if the light comes off the dash however this did not happen, turns out the EGR valve had burst they did all checks to ensure the van hadnt been modified which they gave the all clear they are now refusing to take responsibility for this and making him pay out for the EGR valve replacement, he has been passed around several people in regards to the issue and is still not solved and they still have the Van on site 2 months later. Not a great impression for being a first time customer 1st and last time we will be visiting Motus
