AVOID AVOID AVOID They don’t even deserve one star. Sells defective parts then refuses to refund or exchange. I’ve had 2 parts both the same break within a few weeks of each other in exactly the same way. Both times causing a breakdown in a dangerous situation. Staff extremely unhelpful, all they say is you have to take it up with ford. No we don’t, the part was bought from you we are entitled by law to a new one or a refund for a faulty item. I wouldn’t spend a penny with this company again. My van is still off the road because of this. Worst company ever, we will be taking the matter further, and shall be buying the part from somewhere else that doesn't use unsafe defective parts.
