Dyno run done Jets needed ordering (which are quick to get hold of). I wasn't allowed to book the bike back in again until jets recieved. I called about a week later. I was given a booking for about 3 weeks later. How rubbish is that? When I spoke to them. He used the excuse, that he's been waiting 9 days for an RG500 Fuel tap repair kit (which could be quite rare). Jets are not rare! I appreciate that they are busy, but they've lost a customer due to lack of customer service. And I am still waiting for the graphs to be forwarded to me! They couldn't even give me a print out of the power and fueling afterwards. Shame really
