Ordered on Sunday evening online. Phoned on the Monday to advise delivery on Wednesday - arrived on time well packaged. Product very easy to lay and looks great. What is also great is that they do grey tiles out of recycled materials as I didn't want virgin PVC. They are slightly more expensive than the black ones but I think look a lot better. Excellent business, great service , well done guys. Just one note - order a few extra than the estimator comes up with as it will assume you can lay them edge to edge with no cuts - the estimator suggested I needed 121 tiles for my garage. I ordered 128 and had 3 left.

Great product & great service - I have purchased the tiles for my garage, using the website utility to work out what I needed was easy, calling and discussing with Kay my exact requirements was very good, Kay was so helpful and then I needed one other items and again when I called back 2 months later again she was very helpful. lastly the job looks great, I am pleased with the quality of tiles and the ease to fit and cut were needed. Highly recommend

I sit here on the 4th business day since ordering and paying for ‘next business day delivery’, still without my product. Just been told ‘tomorrow’ (again). Upon questioning the delivery promises, I was met with a well rehearsed speech about ‘not guaranteeing next business day’ and ‘it states on our website that we have no liability for any delay’, despite my order confirmation stating i’ve paid £12.50 for a ‘Next Business Day - UK Mainland’ delivery service. Terrible communication, no email or text from the courier to say they have my order or when they aim to deliver it. No apology or acknowledgment of my wasted time waiting at home to receive this delivery from anyone at mototile. I can only hope the flooring is better than the customer service. That said, it would have to jump out the box and lay itself for me to consider using mototile again in the future.
