Scrapped my last car with these guys and can't speak with him highly enough within an hour of filling out the online for my car was gone, they arranged collection with a local recycling company who came straight away and gave me a good price. Fully recommend to anyone wanting to get rid of a car quick.

EDIT- To reply to your reply motorwise, the point is ive already called them with requested information before posting this review, I was told to wait. Will update review after payment is made and it will reflect how long im left waiting today. Subposed to collect my car 08/02/23 and call with my hour time(between 9and 5pm). I stayed home all day and no one showd up till 8:30pm. After office closes, so they wont pay till next day. Call them next day and someone will pick up who clearly hates customers, and uses as little vocabulary as possibe. He will tell you its not thier fault car was picked up after the aranged 8 hour day. Its also not their fault no 1 hour pre call was made and that now you will have to wait 24hrs before you get paid as they still dont have the car as they subcontracted to another firm HighField.

Similar as what other reviewers have said. Long delay to book in car to be collected then on the day they didn't turn up. Waited around all day especially. Then booked in again for another week and then they cancelled and then tried to book another appointment and they said to ring back in the new year and I have tried to call numerous times but hey haven't answered their phone any time. Messing people about in this way is out of order. Not quite sure how they can run a business like this. As an aside the people on the phones when I have been able to speak to them actually sounded very polite and professional, unfortunately they haven't delivered on anything. Would avoid. Similar to other reviews. Arranged the car to be collected on two different occasions and both were no shows with no explanations. Phoned to ask why there was no collection and was told it was the Recycling Centres fault and not Motorwise's problem. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! I was stupid enough not to read the reviews first. There are plenty others out there that deliver.

I've never experienced bad customer services after you reject the first quotation for you tell him to can I go for the next one underneath and there and then no one knows what they're doing the only got two options or delivery or collection I know that but on your website he gives me different quotation prices maybe maybe your staff need to understand there's different prices and people sometime don't want to go for the most expensive because something someone wants something quicker to be done I'll give you a a bad review you because you're staff don't understand your website Going back to yours response I did see better service elsewhere and who's a better car service by redcorn... All the staff under standard and and book me in within 5 minutes for next week so maybe you need to take a little bit off advice from them as they are highly recommended by me. Motorwise is a poor customer service based broker
