No pre-warning of the ETA then turned up whilst I was in the shower. Shoved a card through my door, called my mobile and drove off. When I contacted them less than 15 mins later I was told to rebook. Totally unprofessional. I would have expected at least a pre alert SMS to inform me of when they were coming as this was a Saturday appointment. I was told the appointment was for 11-12 and that they had informed me (which they hadn't). Regardless of this when I called them to say I was at home it was 10.59 so the tech visit and prompt departure wasn't even within the appointment time they specified. Didn't get chance to use them and will never use them following this.

Fantastic advice given by a wonderful gentleman on phone Would have used Motorway Windscreens but my insurance company had their own contracted windscreen replacement company that they use. I tried to sway them to use MW. But sadly they wouldn't budge on the matter. Would have been cheaper too had they had used MW. My Insurance companies loss. Crazy!! 🤔
