After investigations into a handbrake that failed its MOT. I was informed that I needed new shoes and a fitting kit. After spending £350, I was back 2 days later with the exact same problem existing. Some adjustments were done, but was told just don't use your handbrake , come back here for your MOT and it's a heavy car to stop! I couldn't bear to go back again and listen to the nonsense. After saving more money and not being able to use the handbrake as my engine management light kept coming on , I have had another garage look at it.There never was any new shoes or fitting kit replaced ? Hmmmmm seems they are oddly charging for parts and work not being done. Looking back at the invoice which looks like a photocopy, it doesn't actually describe the work being done either.Lesson learnt. Service: General repairs

Full service and MOT. I also mentioned that the exhaust heat shield had started rattling, typically just days before the MOT. The car was returned to me, clean, smelling fresh and handling beautifully. Amazing the difference a good service makes. The heat shield was fixed as part of the cost, so that was great. Staff are always friendly and the waiting area is clean, well equipped, with nice loos. Their extra attention and friendly service, after I used them for a tyre change via black circles, means I now use them for all my car service needs. This garage is absolutely amazing and has restored my faith in garages after being told by a garage (halfords owned) that my car was going to cost around 1500 to repair due needing a new dpf(car was too old to have a dpf) I took my car to motorvation for a 2nd opinion and they managed to do repairs and mot for over £1000 less than what the original garage had quoted, just goes to prove don't always trust the big names as they are not honest, hollie has been amazing from start to finish keeping me updated. So impressed with the service I took my partners car there for mot and was treated with the same honesty respect and willingness to help highly recommend to anyone 👍 Services: Brakes, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, General repairs, Oil change, Tires

He took me through where the cameras and control screen would be placed and what was involved. He did an absolutely amazing job ! Holly on reception was really helpful confirming the tyres I'd chosen were correct & later phoned to advise they'd come in earlier than anticipated so could be fitted sooner. Michelle spotted a crack in the alloy when fitting which she showed me & a fellow technician kindly found me a link to a place where it could be fixed.
