I am incredibly fussy when it comes to tyres - when we go to the Nurburgring we reach nearly 180MPH, there is very little runoff so any tyre disasters and the car would be in the barriers. I don't just let anyone change my tyres. Matt at Motortechs carried out a first class job in fitting/balancing new tyres on my car. Very little weight had to be added as he moved the tyre around to optimise balance, and after the Road Force balancing there is no vibration/wobble or anything, the car drives silky smooth. I have full confidence with their fitting services and attention to detail.

I used these guys for the first time to fit new tyres to my car and carry out a wheel alignment. The service I received was superb throughout, the best I have had from anyone in the automotive trade. I am very impressed. Everyone I interacted with there were very polite, friendly, enthusiastic and genuine throughout. They went beyond my expectations, sorted something extra as a courtesy and gave me all the information I needed. I will 100% recommend them and will be using them for other work in the near future.

I booked my car in using the website Book My Garage, over the 46 years I have been driving, having cars serviced from Bentley’s, Mercedes, Range Rovers, BMW’s, many other make and commercial Vehicles, I can say I have ever felt comfortable with a garage, it proves that the main dealers who have fancy receptions etc are not always the best for customer services even when the prices for a services are astronomical, garages like Motor Tech Essex are a credit to the motor industry, Matt thank you and your team for you welcome and service.
