Excellent service, patient, supportive and a pleasure to speak to. As a first time rider and buyer with no knowledge of the system of buying a bike, insuring, registering etc. They were very patient and knowledgeable, able to answer all of my questions. Reasonable in their offer and even offered advice about the deposit to put down with finance. I do not live locally to Dudley and had come on the reccomendations off Google reviews, I am very happy that I did. Great service, very pleased to have come into the shop and purchased a bike. If I could give a higher than 5* star review I would.
