I decided to take a chance on a different car dealer especially when I've been with the same dealer since 2017, I went to the Portsmouth branch and I was greeted by CHARLIE who came over to me, he was very polite and very friendly, I explained about being nervous going to another dealer and CHARLIE made feel very welcomed, he let me look in a various range of cars and answered all my questions, all throughout he didn't pressure me at all, took 2 cars out for a test drive, 2 vauxhall corsas one electric auto and one petrol manual, I'm not quite ready for electric auto as I've been driving manual for 17 years, I got a brilliant price for my car with some equity too, I've reduced my payments by £75 a month and that's including there GAP, paint and warranty products which is amazing and I got a top spec Corsa at a great price as I've shopped around and some garages were selling it at £1500k higher, also a shout out to there manager LUCIANO who played apart in the deal, I can say with confidence I can highly recommend CHARLIE and Motorpoint, overall 10/10 and no pressure sales and very understanding. Will be back again in the future, plus I found a few marks which they will sort out the best they can which is nice too 😀

I have purchased 3 cars from motorpoint Portsmouth since they opened , it’s a habit I have to stop ! Charlie Rogers has been the person I have gone back to every time. He is friendly , gets the job done and the sales approach isn’t that pushy , if you say no , that’s it . The manager Laura has also been very helpful on sorting out an issue with a car service that was done at a main dealer to rectify the situation . I would recommend them to all , cars are a good price , good quality and the staff honest and friendly . Will use again at some point, but for now love my new car .

One of the best, if not THE best place to buy a car from! No pushy salesmen just polite friendly staff willing to help when you're good and ready. Drove round loads of places looking for a car and found Motorpoint literally a stone's throw from us so in future this will be our first stop and hopefully our only stop! I sold my car this morning at Motorpoint Portsmouth and it was unbelievably easy and laid back from start to finish! Luciano was super friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable or pressured AT all. I got the price I wanted for my car - more than their competitors, and the money was actually paid into my account minutes after I'd signed the car over. It was genuinely a really pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend going and seeing them, especially Luciano :) Thanks to everyone at Portsmouth Motorpoint, I'm really pleased with the outcome!
