Absolutely disgusted with the service from Motorpoint. Especially the Online sales Executive Darryl Cowell. They failed to deliver my car after I was told 3 days in a row that they don't know what is happening and only after I chased them again and again I was told that there is a faulty engine (on a 2022 model car). After a lot of phone calls I got hold of Mr Cowell finally through their reception as he would not answer his phone. I told him that I want to express my complain about the service that he provided and he put me on hold which of course nobody answered the phone after that. So unacceptable. I just hope I will get my deposit back.
