Terrible mistake and never again. Paid a deposit and ended up buying a £30k car less than 18months old without any mention of the scuffs, paintwork damage, missing floor mats and only 1 key. Was offered a good value for our Part Exchange only for that to be reduced significantly on the day of our appointment. Our NEW car developed multiple warning light faults within hours of the purchase. After they had our money their attitude to us and level of customer service took a turn for the worse in a big way. My sincere advice to all those reading this review is to stay away from Motorpoint and stick to a proper main dealership or a decent reputable company. If you have no choice then please make sure absolutely everything is 100% before payment - do NOT give any deposit beforehand.

KEEP AWAY! Take your money to a more reputable company. Receptionist at oldbury Leteshia is lovely and very helpful, however the whole company as a whole is a let down! I brought a car 7weeks ago, when it was advertised it said it came with sensors however it did not! I raised the issue at Aston as this is where I collected the vehicle. The oldbury branch tried to rectify the issue with bright white sensors that did not match my car! (Fitted by Mike, the mechanical supervisor) The customer service manager Pav then went on to say “I couldn’t believe they sent you away like that” however I didn’t receive any sort of communication from him regarding the matter. I then went back the second time, the day before I went I had a call to get the serial number of the car to match the sensors correctly however they still do not match! They’re also not original BMW sensors- which I could live with, it’s just the colour! Please see the attached photos To top it all off the AdBlue notification has now popped up and makes me think why hasn’t the car had any checks before selling it on!? Oh and I still do no have my V5! I just want to give the car back and start again, somewhere I will be taken care of properly. No one wants to help me now I have issues to raise, Yet was very happy to call and respond asap when selling a vehicle. Just been passed around and not being heard at all!! No faith in the car or the company. It’s just a joke, no client after care at all.

Was met on entry to Motor point and treated to a coffee. Then escorted to my prospective purchase and left to examine it at my leisure. I was then given my test drive. The vehicle met my expectations and I was given a fair price for my trade in . The sales man was excellent in all respects. This is the third car that I have bought from Motorpoint and can thoroughly recommend them
