Popped into the office , and explained that the toilet in my caravan was not flushing. Darren was out on a call, but phoned me that day. We arranged a time, he turned up bang on time. He discovered my battery was flat, we made another appointment for after the weekend 5 mins after arriving found the problem a fuse had blown, and had been marked up wrong . Great service, the best I have ever had, will use them again without a shadow of doubt. Brian Isaac.

Hopelessly incompetent! Caravan went back and forth three times to fix a leak, never once fixed, didn't even do the basics like cover exposed screws on the roof strap with waterproof sealant so all have rusted!! Useless.

Just purchased a small 304 elsewhere. Had our caravan serviced here and after checking over the work it seems nothing has been missed (as a heating engineer myself I know what I’m looking at as far as the gas system goes). Very efficient with reasonable prices and great knowledge. Will definitely be using again.
