No no Think Before Using this Company. Ordered a battery on next day delivery for my motorbike. The battery arrived and was the wrong battery so went onto website and sent two photos of the old and new battery next to each other and a message came back that they would get back to me within 48 hours, which was not very helpful as the reason i ordered next day delivery was because the vehicle was my transport for work. The next day i rang the Company and could not get past the automated message service, I found a motorcycle dealership that was their sister company and rang them. I explained the situation to the chap which agreed was no good and said he would walk the 100 yards across to the other business and get them to call me back straight away. It did not happen. The next day which was 48 hours later from first contacting them a guy contacted me and said he had picked up my message and photos and yes infact there listing on Ebay was incorrect, he then told me that they would need to send a courier to collect the battery and when they had that back they would dispatch the right battery and by the way its going to cost £20 more, at which point I felt a bit annoyed with the company as we are now up to 4 days plus for my next day delivery and he wants £20 plus more! I did remind him that by law if a company lists something at a price they must provide it to me at that price, it is called right to purchase and that is the contract that I have with their company, plus the fact that I still was without transport at which point he suggested that i went online and purchased the correct battery and that would be with me the next day and then when the other battery arrived back to them he could refund me and that way it would be quicker. At this point I said to him that I did not want to spend more money with a company that has delivered a wrong battery and that I couldnt get hold of and when I did they were asking for more money. I asked to speak to a manager he said that Claire is out of the office at the moment but he will get her to call me back today. I had my phone on me all day and did not recieve that call. A couple of days later I had a message from claire saying that she is looking at arranging the collection of the battery and she had left a voicemail, I told her the battery is ready to collect in the recpetion of my business premises a day later someone else contacted me by phone to arrange the collection. I have also had a re-arranged date for the collection of the battery. In the meantime my wife had purchased a battery on the high street, which was for £79.50 something I was hoping to avoid the cost of by buying online. I also spent the whole week driving in rush hour a 40 mile round trip at 6am in the morning to drop my wife to work so I could use her car for work and also finishing early in order to pick her up. To this date ( 2 weeks later) the battery has not been collected and the company are still taking up my time and still have my money. I will keep you posted on the outcome of this very unfortunate situation. Robin Kennedy

Still waiting on refund over 6 days when they said 3 5 working days tried phoning there mailbox was full spoke to different people about the issue they keep repeating try calling your bank there's nothing paid back just transaction made bad company I won't buying anything from them again

Awful service.... tried claiming under a battery warranty. After a week of questioning demanding pictures of readings etc they sent me a new battery.the wrong one.!!! Despite promises of collecting and replacing it, they are now choosing to ignore me and left me dumped with a useless battery and a unusable replacement..avoid this firm

Ordered a new battery for my bike. Was given the option of DPD Pickup so looked at each location near me. However, each location I tried said it couldn't be selected possibly because the item was too big/heavy. So, as I had no other choice I had to select and pay £10 for home delivery. Waited in for my parcel, happened to check my emails and found it had been sent to a pickup location. So, I paid an extra £10 for a service that wasn't given. The address they sent the parcel to was the pick-up location. I have never set up DPD pick-up locations before and wasn't allowed to for this order. Clear bait and switch on delivery; I wish I had print screened the delivery page, but all I could take a copy of was the order confirmation which does not state anything about delivery. Contacted the company who tried to give me excuses like I selected pick-up, despite me sending them a screenshot from their own website displaying that I couldn't select the pick-up point for that battery on their website. they then tried saying it was because I'd used that pick-up point before, but the store I had to collect my parcel from has only been open about a year and I have not picked up a parcel from there before. Avoid, unless they are the cheapest INCLUDING delivery and be prepared for them to try this bait and switch on you and be prepared to collect your parcel EVEN if you PAID extra for home delivery.
