Great service and reasonably priced for the work performed! I put my bike in for an annual minor service and MOT. Dropping the bike off on a Friday morning, I received a call at lunchtime to update me on parts that needed replacing and any concerns that came up before the MOT and, with parts to be ordered in and replaced, the bike was ready by Monday! I didn't feel pushed to accept part replacements, and they were honest about typical part lifecycles and cost of replacement. Very happy with communication and service!
