I am really grateful to Tim for responding so quickly with very helpful and clear information regarding my query about my insurance company imposing repair labour rate limitations following a claim because I opt to use my choice of repair centre. I would not hesitate to recommend Tim’s services. As an update and following Tim’s previous very helpful advice above in dealing with my motor claim myself I experienced extremely unhelpful and stressful negotiations with my insurers and could not see a satisfactory settlement to my claim unless I accepted what seemed unfair policy conditions relating to repair labour rate limitations. This being so in frustration and as months we’re going by I withdrew my claim and arranged and paid for the repair myself. After contacting Tim again he was happy to take on my insurers dealing directly with them on my behalf. He very quickly arranged for me to reopen my claim and equally quickly successfully negotiated a resolution with prompt payment for my vehicle repair, less the excess, for which I was exceeding grateful, relieved and so impressed. I cannot praise Tim enough his expertise, knowledge and professionalism in dealing with unhelpful, difficult and seemingly unscrupulous insurance companies is outstanding as many other reviews confirm. I highly recommend his professional services he is certainly the go to Guru re motor claim issues and will not hesitate to engage his help with any future problems - Many thanks Tim.

Similarly to other reviews, my husbands work van was completely undervalued by the insurance company when it was written off. Even after negotiating an extra £1000 on their initial valuation it was still no where near what was actually available on the market place for the same vehicle, condition, milage ect.. We contacted Tim at motorclaimguru with our situation and he was confident that we had a case and we were confident that Tim would be able to get a better settlement. He was absolutely brilliant. You'll see from his initial contact with your insurer that he really knows the industry, laws and he is also a fierce negotiator. In our case Tim got us an extra £3000 within a week! Time was really important to us and we were so happy to get it sorted so quickly. If you think you've got a case and you're getting nowhere with your insurer, don't hesitate to contact Tim.
