I purchased a Moto Guzzi 1200 Sport from Motorbiking online last September. On delivery it fired up and sounded great, I put my gear on and went to start it but the battery seemed flat so I was sent a new battery. The bike had 3 months warranty but the problem was I'm a fair weather biker so the bike was going away for the winter and the warranty would have runout before I would have known if the problem was solved. Well that wasn't a problem at all as Paul said "I know it's being garaged and if the problem arises again just let me know". Well last month I went to use it for the summer, I used it for work just 3 times and then it wouldn't start. It turned out that the intermittent starting problem wasn't the battery it was the starter motor. Paul was as good as his word an arranged for a local dealer to repair it. The bike is fixed and it's awesome. The local dealer said that Paul was not only very helpful but he was the best dealer that he'd ever dealt with in his 50 years in the business. I had been searching for a new bike to replace my now aging MT09 tracer. I came across the motorbiking Web site through autotrader. The bike I went for ( versys 1000se gt was in mint condition with very low mileage. I called ahead to make sure the bike was still available due to I was traveling down so see the bike. ,I received great service and even sorted out an oil change on fairly short notice before I turned up and bought the bike outright due a deal with my bank, so no need for all the pcp, finance options. Very happy with the bike and the service I recieved, even encouraged me to get new tyres fitted due to some squaring off on the tyres. I highly recommend any in the market to check out their stock via in shop or on line. When in the market again I will check out the website and store again.

This was my first experience of buying a used bike without viewing it in person beforehand and I have to admit I was a little anxious about the whole process. As I live almost 300 miles away, I was unable to visit Motorbiking, however the online video was very detailed, missed nothing out, and as good as seeing the bike in person. I also felt rather nervous about making payment for the bike prior to delivery. I need not have worried as the Versys was in pristine condition, as described, and as requested came with a full MOT and service. Paul and Guy kept me well informed and answered any queries promptly and also arranged delivery. The delivery was handled professionally and I was kept fully informed by Andy of Move Motorcycles throughout the whole process. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Motorbiking. Thanks again to all the team.
