Couple days before Xmas I rang as my car was making a noise. Sounded like a helicopter. Got it in the garage - they did a diagnostic and told me it was my breaks. They did 2 new tyres and my front break discs and pads. 1 week later, my car sounds like a helicopter again, put it back in the garage they kept it ALL DAY. They carried out work without my consent and then told me the next morning when I collected it nothing was wrong so no charge. 1 week later (today) my car sounds like a helicopter all of a sudden. Wasted money, wasted time. Services: Brakes, Tires

Had a minor repair here, the guy that did the repair was fine but they did not 100% fix the problem and i got charged a lot for half an hours work & a fee bolts. Overcharged me and the problem came back within a couple week’s. Took it somewhere else and they fixed the problem for me. I paid a lot for a short term fix. They also told me i will need a part changing which would be expensive if it get’s worse and to come back todo that. No it didnt need that. Just a way to get more money out of me. The part does not need doing. The company i went to, to have it properly fixed said it didnt and they sorted it. Wont be back.

Phoned up to get a quote, they said I would have to book in and they gave me an appointment for the week after. When I got there, I reminded them what my concerns were with the car and told them I just wanted a quote on roughly how much it would be. They told me to go home because it might take a while because of how busy they are. 3 hours later I get a phone call saying it's going to cost £800 and they've already started fixing it and it'll be ready in 3 days. I told them I only wanted a quote and they said they don't do quotes, if they find a problem, they fix it. They ended up keeping my car for over a week and charging £900
