Absolutely awful customer service, visited to get a set of registration plates made up but was refused despite having the official ev948 sent by the DVLA on my phone. I suggest the male counter assistant who dealt with my husband read up on the DVLA’s website and familiarise themselves with the law and rules. Also was extremely unprofessional of the two females in the office to be smirking thinking it was funny while my husband tried to explain. If you need number plates made up I suggest you go somewhere else where they know what they are doing.
