I bought a mini copper from them. Initially told it would take couple of weeks as they wanted to ensure that they did health checks and get it into a “specialist” mechanic to check everything. Nearly 4 weeks later, after chasing them constantly I finally got the car. They insisted that health check had been done and a sensor had been replaced. After badgering them they agreed to do MOT. Firstly it was filthy! Not too much of a issue if that was all. Tyre pressures all over the place, JUST legal tyres which I have had to replace. Track rod ends needs replacing. Tracking out. Rear number plate light not working. Right side light not working and to top it off NO oil in the engine!!! This is only 2 days after it was delivered. I suggest they sack off their mechanic ( if they did indeed get someone to check it). I have not spoken to them about these issues because I feel I’ll just be fobbed off and frankly can’t be arsed with the agro. They claim they want to give great customer service but stroppy text message tells me otherwise. Never again!

Avoid this scam!! Do not be fooled by the low prices. I went there to pick up a BMW 5 series touring YK11ZPY. It's still on for sale. After a short test drive of less than 3 minutes, I said yes but I want them to repair all the faults that came up etc. So I was buying for asking price as per they advertised it with no faults. They told me to get the faults done myself but and they will knock off £150. Even though it will cost me easily triple that to repair. However I was desperate as per I had no car, as my last car had died on me, so I agreed. But when I asked to see previous buyers paperwork, they had none. When I asked to see current receipts of the work they claim to have had done to the engine [timing chain] they said they were "unable to show" me as per it has their private details on the invoice. [Hmm surely you would have put your business address on invoice if you actually had anything]. Then I looked at the service history book and there were no stamps from main dealers at the start or to show the handover. Their service history started from 70k miles, but was written in at the beginning of the book, all from backstreet alleged 'specialist' garages. It looked as if they purchased a blank service book from eBay, created bogus rubber stamps, and had written out the service records in the same handwriting. I am not one to sit down and leave a review whether it be positive or negative. As you can see from my profile. But in this instance, I genuinely thought I had to, so that no other innocent walks away with trash on wheels. Now I know why they do appointments only in a closed unit as oppose to a forecourt. So they don't have to listen to the complaints from customers. I think it's only a matter of time until trading standards close this dodgy operation down run by the new chuckle vision brothers that end every sentence in "brother". Seriously. I'm new to buying a car as I recently passed and so didn't really know what I was doing but these guys made it as smooth and simple as possible. He made sure I could pay in a way that suited me and ensured that the car was up to my standard when it arrived. Hassle free from start to door, I opted for the delivery option and was provided with a walk around video which i wasn't aware was a thing until the dealer sent it to me which i can honestly say gave me the confidence to buy the vehicle without ever visiting these guys, the video reflected an indoor showroom as suggested, I agreed a date and the car was delivered without an issue, its been 4 weeks and im still over the moon with my purchase would recommend and buy again if our paths ever crossed thanks again :)

Great experience, I called up regarding a volkswagen golf for sale it was priced well and looked great in pics i was pleasantly suprised on how helpful and accommodating these guys were down to a service and mot when the car didnt need one, i couldnt get to birmingham so wanted to have the car delivered however i didnt know how it would work as ive never bought a car without viewing before was made a video for the condition of the car and the car came with warranty, the car arrived 4 days later due to having a fresh mot and service and it was in excellent condition and drove exactly how the guy described it. I am very happy with these guys shame i couldnt come to the garage hopefully on my next purchase.
