Gave an acquaintance a pillion ride to collect their new (to them) Kawasaki motorcycle... The Machine was presented in Great condition, on a plinth, under lights to show it off, in the upstairs Showroom... In Motoline's showroom they had a Good Selection of bike from Sports, Naked's, Cruiser's and the Obligatory adventure bikes... The Salesmen were friendly... Only 4 stars due to I haven't made purchases or experienced the workshops, it's also 40 miles away...

I think the salesman must have thought I was inexperienced. The bike that I went to look at was listed as having a FSH yet it was a couple of thousand miles over the recommended valve check service. When I questioned him about this I was flippantly told that they don’t need doing for at least twice what the manufacturer had specified. Maybe not but good luck with a warranty claim and don’t advertise as it having a FSH. I think anyone with any experience with motorcycles knows that each engine is unique and surprises can crop up. I’m hoping that this isn’t the attitude of the mechanics below but based on allegations in the industry it wouldn’t surprise me. The worst thing about the whole visit was just how unhelpful and nonchalant he was. The rest I could forgive. Lesson learnt.

My recent purchase was my first contact with Motoline and I am hugely impressed. I'm fed up with Bike dealers that are 20 years behind car dealerships, with grubby showrooms and poor customer service. Motoline could not be further from that if they tried. From the fantastic showroom to the friendly, knowledgeable and passionate team, buying my dream bike has been an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend Motoline for exceptional quality, used bikes.

I p/x 2 of my bikes to purchase a ducati multistrada 950 with motoline. I asked how much they would give me p/x value on both my bikes and they offered me a very fair price. The staff at motoline have all been very helpful to get the sale done. The description of the multistrada was very accurate, they serviced the bike and put a fresh mot on it for me. The delivery was quick, I can't thank these guys enough for the great service provided and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality bike with peace of mind knowing your going to get a good bike for a good price with great service.
