Absolutely appalling service altogether. This garage was chosen by my insurance company, and what a mistake! Terrible customer care, non-existent communication between departments, and disastrous technical procedures. Not only did they not repair all damages discussed when the car was first taken in, but what wasn't repaired was damaged further, and they took no responsibility for it, with the excuse that the car was already damaged. The car went in with NO warning lights showing on the dashboard - it was returned to us half repaired and showing 4 warning lights, and us left to deal with it!
