Very happy with my recently purchased RE Interceptor. Alex was great to deal with - very responsive to queries, no hard sell when visiting the showroom and just seemed a straight-up guy who’s passionate about motorcycles. I wasn’t ready to take the bike immediately and Alex kindly agreed to keep hold of it for a few weeks, even though I’m sure he could have sold it quickly elewhere. My Honda CBR 650f is happily tucked up in the garage with one very happy owner. The bike had everything I wanted and after a seamless test ride we were able to confirm the sale. I bought my bike from Alex about a year ago. The deal appeared good and bike itself in a good shape being owned by one owner only. The trouble started one day when I was going to take my bike for MOT: the bike did not start at all and needed a jump start. Managed to get MOT done and after that, the bike did not start again. I bought a new battery after discussing the issue with Alex and he compensated the battery. Next, I took the bike for a short run but after two miles it totally died and did not want to start. Another jump start needed to get home. This happened twice when I was testing the bike near my home. I called Alex about the issue and he said that my bike was an old one and these things happens with that aged bikes. He offered to buy it back and said that he'll make more money by reselling it. I decided to keep the bike and had it fixed. After £495.06 cost for fixing the bike, I had a great summer rides with it. Not a great experience by this company and Alex.
