An amazing experience from start to finish. My HYPERMOTARD had broken down and my local garage was unable to fix the issue. Andy from Moto rapido was very professional and polite on the phone and I was booked in asap. The bike was collected by Ian, a friendly and professional driver who's passion for his job shows. When I went to collect back my bike, Andy was very knowledgeable and his experience shows. He was able to fix my bike quickly and provided a friendly experience. Finally on my way out I picked up a motorbike jacket from their store. They have a great selection of motorbike gear and Craig was very friendly and helpful to find me the best jacket for me. Honestly, a great experience and one that other garages should look too for an example for perfect customer service and professional work. It will now be my go to and I Would highly recommend MotoRapido to all!

After waiting for another Ducati dealership to get back to me, which they still haven’t, I was advised to try MotoRapido, after initial contact with Craig from parts , I had the best service possible , I put my request in on Tuesday I had my parts by Friday, and Craig also had the expertise in correcting my order to make sure I had all the parts needed. I couldn’t recommend MotoRapido enough and will definitely use again . Thankyou

Would not recommend inexperienced riders getting their bike serviced here. Will try to extort you for your lack of experience, will not sympathize with your situation at all & will not offer alternatives. 0 people skills & straight up rude (Guys upstairs however seem really nice)
