When I first approached this company to do some minor repairs to my rib, they were prompt at replying and at doing the work, so I was optimistic they would be good to future work. However subsequent emails with requests for quotations to them went unanswered and despite much chasing they never really replied. When they did reply, there was no reason given for ignoring my emails and no apology given. A shame, as long term they would have been my boat maintenance company of choice for all future work on my coat. All rather strange ..........
