I First contacted Bob as I was having trouble with my scooter and needed some parts, he helped me out with the part numbers, his customer service, professionalism is excellent. He Knows his stuff. As they only supply to companies and not the general public, he was very accommodating with any queries I had, I needed one more part which needed to be replaced and he has sent me the part thank you so much Bob for all your Help all ready to go now. I first spoke to Bob on the phone explaining the problem with the scooter we had purchased, he was very helpful and we arranged to travel to Essex with the scooter for Bob to look at. On our arrival Bob was very polite and looked at the scooter straight away. A solution was sorted quickly so that we could get back on the road home. Thank you for your help, my niece can now get mobile again.
