    DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS 2 BOB COMPANY !!!! customer relations shocking Chris Vilkas (so called Co partner) wouldn’t even talk to me once we had issues .Paul Zajacka communication is non existent throughout 5weeks of sheer hell and as for that jumped up weasel Henry knows nothing try’s to blag his way out of confrontations and when challenged back after making me feel uncomfortable calls the police 😂.The Star man in all this TOM BLOOMFIELD from JB PERFORMANCE UNIT 2 FORD ARUNDAL. YOU DONT PUT MY KIDS IN DANGER !!!! So where do I start purchased a vehicle from Motion Automotive took over the ownership on 18th January paid £4000 6th January as a deposit and a show of commitment we had the car 18days RAC was called due to concerns with watery oil and bubbling in the radiator took to back to Motion Automotive on a Sunday with RAC report Paul agreed to repair the issue a potential HeadGasket so Paul promised To re skim Head Gasket replace timing chain oil pump water pump new radiator new boost pipe and TO RESEAT THE INJECTORS WITH NEW STRETCH BOLTS AND WASHERS ( come back to this in a bit ) So 3-4 days passed I had to call for update was told Engine is in Pieces but head is being taking tomorrow for re skimming. A week passed no communication I called no further updates just waiting on GENUINE KIA PARTS !! Another week no communication I called spoke to Chris I said how much longer as don’t take 3 weeks “Believe me we want the car gone too it’s taking up space “ wow did you actually say that “we are waiting for parts “ really ok called back 2 days later spoke with Paul “car is back to together just waiting on oil pump that’s coming today” Call on the following Tuesday when Paul said was ready spoke with Chris “no mate I’ve only picked up the pump today” hang on meant to be delivered Thursday before this went on for another 10 days . Got the car back on the 3rd March RAC called on the 5TH MARCH and they deemed the VEHICLE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE NEW CHAIN COVER CRACKED INSTALLED WRONG BOLT (2days work to re strip engine down) 4 INJECTORS ALL LOOSE EMITTING ENGINE GAS VAPOURS INTO CAB WHICH MADE MY 3 KIDS ILL 4 INJECTORS WHICH WAS PROMISED TO BE RE SEATED NEW WASHERS AND BOLTS THEY NEVER WAS NO NEED RADIATOR OLD BOOST PIPE AND PIPES ALSO NO NEW DRIVE BELT WHICH WAS ALSO PROMISED MAJOR COSMETIC DAMAGE TO CAR AND A MASSIVE FIGHT TO GET MY £4K BACK WHICH ENDED UP BEING A MASSIVE STRUGGLE BUT SUCCESSFUL

    Brought a car from these guys never again car had several faults and all they keep saying was “ it drives beautiful “ and they had ot sent to a garage for diesel injector fault which they confirmed and the instead of a specialist sorting it out they took it to a back street garage who fitted a injector but never coded it and I still had a code fault and gearbox fault and to top of odd the damaged the side running board and and just shrugged it off, an absolute joke of after sales and just plan rude, so approach with caution If you buy anything off the cowboys 👍
