Really good! Communicated over Whatsapp in a reasonable timeframe - always responded within 24hrs, very transparent with prices and the service provided. I believe the prices and policy was fair - it cost me £90 to have my laptop screen repaired, bearing in mind that all my hinges had snapped so needed to be glued / replaced and my screen was literally hanging by a thread. Also, a very fast service - had my laptop fixed and returned to me in 2 days! Overall, I'm very happy with Motherboard Repairs! :)

Contacted these guys about a board repair on first thing on a Monday morning: Explained the problem over the phone; they then asked me to send to them on WhatsApp. I got an acknowledgement the following day; and then a message asking me to explain the problem again which I had already done the day previous. I resent this along with a video of the as requested, and 5 days later at the ends of the week I’m still waiting for any kind of meaningful response. Don’t waste your time.

I have an unusual laptop (not one of the big brands) and, having dropped it on its side and damaged the DC port, had already taken it to another laptop repair service, who had stated that due to the DC jack being mechanically soldered to the board it was "too complex" for them to fix. Motherboard Repair took the job on, put considerable effort into sourcing a replacement DC jack, and, when this proved impossible, successfully repaired the existing jack. Laptop is now working perfectly and I have been saved from having an extremely expensive paperweight. Communication was excellent throughout the repair process. Cannot recommend enough and will certainly be bringing any future tech hardware issues to them.
