Nice products but the staff are very unfriendly/unwelcoming. It’s a shame because choosing organic/zero waste can have such a positive impact and their attitude towards customers will put off people who are trying out these products for the first time.

This shop is a little hidden gem in London. I love refilling my empty bottles of shampoo, washing up liquid, and olive oil (which is very good!). In general all the bulk products they sell are high quality and reasonably priced. Also, the staff are friendly and happy to answer questions or suggest products. A final thing to add is they are open daily!
