I have had couple of sessions of postnatal massage with Natelie and I can't recommend her enough. She is brilliant with the massage and is very knowledgeable and gave me very good advice about postpartum healing and recovery. As a new mum I was feeling exhausted and developed back ache after my c-section. The massages are really helping with my recovery and with the aches and pains. Can't wait for my next massage. Wish I had booked her sooner. I would really recommend all expectant mothers to book her for postnatal massages.

My husband and I contacted Natelie shortly after the birth of our little boy. As first time parents we had a hard time taking in all the new responsibilities and were feeling anxious and overwhelmed. Natelie was really amazing at helping us not only with practical day to day stuff, but also with developing skills and confidence in caring for our son. The first day we met her she took our crying nervous baby into her arms and he instantly calmed down. It was unbelievable. She was a huge source of knowledge for us in explaining what was normal baby behaviour and what would need keeping an eye on. She taught me baby massage and gave us valuable leads and recommendations to all kinds of professionals (e.g cranial osteopath) that I wouldn't be able to find on my own. Every time we had a problem, she would follow up with an email with some links and resources. But, the thing that I personally appreciated the most about her is her personalised and caring approach as well as her kind and warm personality which took the dynamic of relationship beyond the transactional value of a service.

Natelie came over to refresh us on birth prep ahead of second baby’s due date. Having been anxious I’d forgotten it all and baby wasn’t in the ideal position, Natelie was super reassuring from the off after we spoke on the phone. She came over and went over some great active birth positions and massage techniques for myself and partner and things we can do daily in run up to help with baby’s position. Generally got us in a good headspace and feeling positive and excited again. Hoping to treat myself to some of her postnatal massages after birth now as she definitely knows her stuff.

This is a must have service for women pre and postpartum. Natalie was full of knowledge help and support through my pregnancy and has been so supportive post pregnancy. There is not an area of motherhood which you cannot speak to Natalie about. I have also had a pregnancy and postpartum massage which was phenomenal. I cannot recommend mother and bump enough, a truly unique and beautiful service.

I would highly recommend to expectant mums-to-be to book a course of massages with Natalie. She offers both pre-natal and post- natal massage. Natalie has a wealth of knowledge which is more than happy to share. Which is really valuable, at a time when you feel quite anxious after having a baby.
