I have lived with the pain of migraines for many years, alongside chronic pain due to other health conditions. I try to keep 'chipper' and true to my usual cheerful self, but it's hard when you feel so miserable and in constant pain. I realise I often expect pain, rather than experience it too. My treatment with Tracey has given me a new sense of self and has given me the opportunity to look at things in a different way. I've not had a migraine since my first treatment which is MASSIVE for me, I'm so grateful. My consumption of pain medication has gone down and my ability to move more has gone up - a win win for me. Tracey made up a sniffy stick for me after I was diagnosed with Covid-19. It really helped to clear my head, and my airways. The effect was instantaneous on sniffing using the stick four times a day at first helped me to feel better throughout the recovery period. It also helped clear the brain fog associated with covid. I highly recommend Tracey and the sniffy sticks. .

Have done baby massage and currently doing story massage with moth therapies. Absolutely love each session, have seen and still experiencing the many rewards of both classes. Tracy is such a delightful, warm friendly woman and it's such a pleasure every time we go along. Can't recommend enough!
