They used to be friendly and helpful but now seems no sense of urgency for customer services,came to put my sticker for car they said we don’t have any glue as I’m their regular customer not just me my family cars too we do yearly MOT here and every mechanical issues with the car now am clearly sure to stop it. Staffs faces are off every time I drove in today and went back straight out as could not bear it. Wheel alignment not work properly if they can’t or have the tools need to say it before the work is done. Didn’t went back for reassurance not worth it. Steering when car is kept in straight while parking. Left a picture. Thank me later
