    I’m Rating 4/5 stars! I had a diagnostic test with the vauxhall garage today. I’m going to be 100% honest here. The good Review: While coming to collect my car, it was late in the evening, so it was pretty dark. My maps was directing me through lonely parks where there were no lit lights. So I decided to walk out of the park and walk onto the main road again. There were few minutes till the garage was closing, so I gave them a call to say, I am nearly there but I am lost, I guess they could sense my panicking through my voice, so they tried to give me directions, stayed on the call with me till I reached the garage and were really calming, understanding, patient you name it. I even tried to ask them when they are closing, which was in 10 minutes, but they told me not to worry about it. I really appreciated the service as, I felt helpless, the feeling of I was nearly at the garage but the garage was closing soon and I wouldn’t have got my car until the next day which meant going there again. So I really appreciate the good customer service!!! The bad review: I tried to call in to the garage to get updates on my car as it had been a few hours since I had given it in. The first call I made was 4 hours after I had given my car in, they told me the car technician had gone on the lunch break but they would call me after they are back to see the process. I didn’t get a call. So I did my next call an hour later, which for some reason they told me they would call me back in 5 minutes and that didn’t happen. So I called in after an hour again, and they told me to hold on till they find out any updates of my car. I was held on a long hold, and then was told that my car is being checked. I asked how long would it take as it was getting really late, almost to the closing time of the garage. I tried to explain that I need to know if I would be getting the car today, as I wouldn’t be able to collect the car tomorrow. The advisors tone sounded annoyed, and she said to me “how am I supposed to know that because the technician is still checking the car”. However, I felt why is the advisor getting annoyed at me. It should be me as a customer feeling annoyed as I haven’t been updated on my car throughout the day and I had to keep chasing the advisors who haven’t been getting back to me. Mostly, the good overshadowed the bad service, and I really appreciated the effort of some of the advisors at vauxhall today.
