My Mum and I visited today and despite not knowing we needed an appointment, Billy allowed us to come in and look for a chair for my Dad. He was extremely knowledgeable about the requirements of an older person who needs a riser/ recliner chair. We were given a demonstration of a chair and he explained the best option for us , with the result that we were really happy and will be putting an order in for the chair once my Mum’s new living room carpet is laid.
