Drivers happily block legitimate local bus stops close to the Etihad Stadium for the duration of matches rather than find (and pay for) appropriate coach parking. No thought to those with disability issues or access needs. Inconsiderate and no doubt indicative of their overall business model.

ESK 812 Absolutely disgusting and absolutely ignorant customer service when ringing to report a coach driver who was driving in an unsafe manor on the M6 heading towards Manchester. Tried to impute that I am driving to fast. The weather conditions are appalling and the driver was constantly flashing at people to speed up when it is u safe to do so, the driver undertook constantly and flashing at other motorway users. Changing lines unsafe from the slowest to the fastest. Will be forwarding dash cam footage to police - as the impolite customer service advise us to do so.

Drivers consistently park up on a double yellow line outside the M&S in Didsbury during rush hour traffic. Ridiculous and illegal. Causes a huge traffic pile up. Reported it to the company before but ignored. Would avoid like the plague.
