I honestly don’t know where to start with MSV. They will be on your case if you don’t pay your rent but they will neglect you in an unfit to live property. The house has a roof leakage in one of the bedrooms, reported it over a year ago and nothing has been done. There’s other issues I’ve reported and till today nothing has been done. MSV has caused me a great deal of pain and anxiety, the house is in such a state I can’t begin to explain how much it has affected my mental health. They send out people to repair who come in and do nothing, some even show up without telling you and leave without doing anything. I can’t even get a new council property because they say I have one already. I keep bidding and hoping I’ll get to move on to a new property and away from MSV. Disgusting place with staff that lie and do nothing to help you at all.

Constantly fobbed off by the repairs team. Nothing ever gets fixed or updated. You pay 2023 rent prices on a property still stuck in the 1970s. Absolutely abysmal company and now they want to merge with another company YET AGAIN. They need to stop taking on more properties than they can handle and actually deal with, update and correctly manage the tens of thousands they already do.

Absolutely shocking landlords. They don’t act upon any repair you have reported, they don’t even have the decency to reply to emails or messages to them directly. I have complained regarding mould and damp in my NEW build for 2/3 years now and finally got a solicitor involved regarding this. I would not use them again one bit!

Terrible service I have phoned five times with the same repair issue after waiting on the phone for sometimes an hour each time they have promised to call back and each time they haven't so rude and unproffesional

Asked if we could rent or buy family hom after relative passed, denied, yet somehow someone who hasn't lived there ever, who's family supposedly lived there before the late relative, gets it? Disgusting. Poor, shoddy customer service. Take forever to do repairs and don't respond to complaints of harassment properly.

Same complaints as all others.. sad They were great a decade ago I really liked them Now since abput 6years ago all downhill there's only about 1 honest staff member there left. As others stated repairmen turn up when feel like it no arranged appointment then do nothing. Even on days you say you will be at work then do t turn up on actual appointments. Had about 6/7 surveyors past 2 years come my house. Going round in circles and I'm physically unwell and mentally.. some very dishonest staff work there Now. Don't deal with horrific neighboughs despite street Complaints and TRY to threaten you instead. was advised by council sector and support workers to take ombudsman.. poor health from damp and damaged stuff use prescription tonics for Fungus developed on head past few years from condensation damp in room etc. Summer it's fine but winter it eull make u ill vomit and weezy.. There are the odd good honest members of staff that I like amd think are great employees, others are down right nasty liars and why I record their calls. Due to my debilitating health will be seeking support worker to put a stop to nonsense of just turning up when waNt and unfinished jobs, threats etc . I'm not well. Damaged spine and ptsd & social anxiety making ne more poorly. .. they hide google reviews too .had a nice decorator to cover their dodgey repairs & 1 surveyor the first checked properly and was the only one to go in my attic as I'd pointed it out and he found I had missing roof tiles thanks to him making tge effort. Was also concerned about my health and though I'd ask him to leave it I'd be OK I did here from welfare worker checking if I was OK as he was worried which I guess was nice he was concerned
