Wait time on the phone is horrendous. So you go onto their website to 'ask a doctor a question' and they've conveniently turned their enquires off because they're busy. Just takes so long to speak to someone. Parking is so tight and can never get a space. My Dr is fantastic though and can get apps at the kinver branch if urgent.

I have been a patient with MG since the 1980’s and have always found the surgery , staff and service to be first class. However, since COVID the surgery appears to have ‘lost the plot’. The web site that we are encouraged to use is a shambles. Various options offered on the site are unavailable offering up an information screen stating that the service is unavailable for no apparent reason followed by another paragraph stating that it is available 08 through 17 hrs Mon to Fri. Even the doctors think that it is up and running asking patients to provide info using the ‘ask a dr’ facility. The phone system whilst holding callers in a queue for around 35-50 minutes on average further extols the merits of the unusable website. As an ex IT professional I would hazard a guess that there is a complete disconnect between GPs, admin and whoever is responsible for maintaining the website. MG, for the sake of your many faithful patients, please sort this mess out as it is making the surgery look amateurish and unprofessional!!!!

Asked the doctor a question online. To be called back by the rudest person I’ve spoken to in a while called Jayne, wouldn’t listen and not very helpful at all.

Awful place, with one of the most rudest receptionist (Jayne) you'll meet for sometime. They've been sending letters for 15 years to my address, for someone who doesn't live there. I keep returning them 'NOT AT THIS ADDRESS', but they keep coming. I went in today to try and resolve it once and for all and the receptionist had a terrible manner. And letters from the hospital come to me also - 'nothing to do with us', she exclaimed, 'you'll have to contact the hospital'. So I did, from the Moss Grove Car park. A very pleasant receptionist at the hospital told me they get their 'list' from the surgery and only the surgery could remove them. Of course they do, hospitals don't just write to patients without some sort of referral. I went back in and told her this information. More surliness came forth. What a terrible waste of NHS resources. Doctors' surgeries get a fee each year for each patient - somewhere around £155 - irrespective of whether they ever see a patient. In this case there hasn't been a patient for years. Makes you wonder. Anyway, my own surgery, Summerhill Surgery, is completely the opposite. Lovely people on the very rare occasion I go in. On a footnote, Katie from Moss Grove, rang me just to say the matter was resolved. A very pleasant person. A shame I didn't meet her first as my review would be completely different.

I’ve been a member of these doctors for 6.5 years and never had a bad experience. Not even through covid. Staff have always been helpful and friendly. Call wait times sometimes a little on the longer side but absolutely cannot blame the staff for this. Whilst being based at this surgery I’ve had 2 pregnancies (a singleton and twin pregnancy) both times my experience with visiting the community midwife has been great. Many appts for my children over the last 3/4 years and they’ve again been amazing with accommodating same day appts no problem, friendly on phone and face to face, some of the best GPs I’ve ever seen - so thorough, friendly and understanding. Honestly I cannot speak highly enough of them!

I have been registered with Moss Grove Surgery since I was an infant and I have to say I am now at the point of giving up on the post covid shambles this surgery has become. I was unable to see a doctor originally but a practice nurse who was able to prescribe treatment and advised I should have a chest x-ray plus full blood tests which I have duly had . He advised I should make an appointment to see him about a week after my blood test. I have been on hold for 25 minutes today as the website for this surgery seems to be permanently “closed due to too much traffic” so that’s an option already ruled out. I finally got through only to be told that the nurse will be on leave for two weeks and I will have to phone on the day to get a doctors appointment. I said id come in and book but was advised this is not an option as it is now the surgery’s practice not to book appointments at reception?? If it the hope that’s people will give up or go private then well done. There is no reason why we cannot go back to pre covid practises. Also I am the primary carer for my 89 year old Mother ..how would she cope unable to hear , unable to make appointments , . ?Who is the practice manager , who is making these decisions. /Disgraceful

Excellent service, I was unable to work or drive due to a bad flare up of arthritis in my knee. I emailed the surgery on Monday 9th about the problem, they emailed me back within the hour with an appointment for a steroid injection on Tuesday 10th ( the next day).. had the injection and already a huge improvement. What more could you ask for?
