Extremely bad store - they promise something and don't deliver, don't even offer guarantee that it will be done, and when you call them, they never answer. Customer Service doesn't help solve the issue (their solution is to email the store which, clearly, is unresponsive), and they don’t even know who works there and allow them to be unresponsive. Worst experience ever (especially given the high quality fabric I've purchased from there) - better off at Boss or Massimo. Shameful!

The customers service in this shop is one of the worst I have experienced. We came in today wanting to hire or buy 2 tuxedos. we entered the store and were ignored for around 15 minutes while we looked round the suits not one employee acknowledged us or offered to help. The staff were so unapproachable when we approached who I presumed was the store manager asking for help he looked very unimpressed and was extremely rude and unhelpful. We needed help with sizing and knowledge on how the rental process works and it felt like any question was unreasonable. After being very unhelpful he finally asked his colleague to help us because he was apparently helping another customer (although for the half an hour we were in the store I didn’t see him help one person). We finally left due to not feeling welcome and will be going to purchase from another store with better customer service. Definitely won’t be returning to this store. I would train your staff on customer service because not one of them looked or acted like they wanted to be customer facing role.

I visited this store less than 1 hour ago with my brother to find him a suit. Unfortunately, we did not receive a warm welcome from the staff upon our arrival. While browsing, my brother had some questions about the suit's color and size, but the salesperson seemed disinterested in helping us. As a result, we decided to check out other stores before making a final decision. Before leaving, the salesperson who is black (don’t say this is a racist description as I am black myself, just want to be specific who I’m talking about) made a sarcastic comment about the price, insinuating that it may have been too expensive for us. Although I didn't think much of it, my brother was understandably offended and told the salesperson off before we left the store. Overall, our experience at this retail store was disappointing, and we left feeling dissatisfied with the service we received and are happy we didn’t spend a penny here.
