I dropped in on Saturday to pick up a suit and I just wanted to say , what a pleasure it was dealing with Geoff the older gentleman , he was so helpful and talked me through the fitting and options available to me. Went into the Taunton store to get measured and buy a suit. The staff seemed a bit taken aback by this and I had to give my details 3 times before they finally managed to submit the order. A few days later and the suit arrives - it doesn't fit. I contact Moss to exchange it for a different size and am told the only way to do this is back in the store. Well the nearest store is over an hours drive from where I live, so I now have a 2-hour drive to fix the mistake their staff made when measuring me. I would not reommend shopping at Moss, and certainly don't bother actually going in to their shops - just guess your size and order online, it will be quicker, cheaper and more accurate!
