My boyfriend had never bought a suit before so was a bit uncomfortable, but Jordan’s exceptional service and care led to us purchasing a beautiful fitting suit and waistcoat.

Just popped in only to look at wedding suits, both to buy and hire. With the amazing help of the men’s assistant (think it was Steve) actually ended up buying a suit. Nothing was too much trouble, he could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I was looking at renting/buying 7 suits for my wedding in November. I went in and got measured and paid a deposit of 50%, so I would need to pay the remaining balance off in time before the event. I asked to cancel the booking as I found a more suitable colour from elsewhere and they have charged £20. I would understand if it was within 30 days of the event but 8 months notice and still get charged £20 is terrible service. The gentleman on the phone couldn't explain why apart from its in the T&C's. So basically I got charged £20 for a tape measure around my chest.

Went for a measuring and then the sizes were mostly wrong when suit was provided for hire. Trousers too short, waistcoat too small, shirt too big but collar too small so I ended up buying a shirt from elsewhere.

The women who dealt with me and my future son in law and best man, took an instant dislike to me (very snobby),. I told her the Suit was to tight she said it looked fine, and wouldn't let me try another,. Totally ruined the wedding day ,as I struggled even lifting a glass
