I visited the store on a Sunday, for some reason I thought it would be quieter. How wrong. It was a very busy store but the sales people were brilliant. I searched and searched but couldn't find much to my liking and size. Unfortunately I thought it was going to be like most shops nowadays, it's more browsing and order for a delivery than actually leaving with bags. Sales person Luke tried his best as well, checked the stock room and I think every pair of trousers in the store for my size. He found two jackets... perfect, but no trousers in my size. Eventually found a jacket and a pair of trousers, but not the right length. I thanked Luke and he went on to serve others as the store was still busy. While waiting for a changing room Matthew asked if I needed help, explained the situation, and we eventually both came to the conclusion it was going to be an order. In the end I left with the two jackets and one pair of trousers (longer than I would have liked but I will get them taken up) with another pair of trousers on order for a delivery. Brilliant service from both Luke and Matthew. Shame the store doesn't carry enough stock.

We use the service for our wedding suits at first we were very pleasantly surprised by the young guy who worked on the till seem very experienced and you what he was talking about. We decided on on the Ted Baker suits at £110 each. The next time we return to the shop for a fitting the guy who was doing it seems to be not the best in accurate measurements and things were taken. When we went for our final fitting just 4 days before our wedding my partner's shared did not fit around the collar. The guy said just tighten the the cravat tighter so that no one will see to which I said at the price we are paying I want it to look correct. I am quite a big guy however all the trousers that I seem to fit with way too big I was told that I would need a 50-in trouser which I did not believe. I picked up the suits the Friday before we got married on the Saturday the guy who attended us on this occasion just was not interested I told him about our issues he said if they'd all been sorted I asked him should I try the trousers or whatever he said it should all fit however I did try the trousers and they seem to be ok. However on the day of the wedding my partner shirt had not been changed the trousers that I had were too big there was no way to actually fasten them. Then during one of the photographs was found that oil of some kind had been spilt on the waistcoat that I was wearing. To be honest these clothes thoroughly made us both feel miserable on our big day. I returned the clothes to the shop on the Monday and complained about what had happened only to be told I will tell head office and we will come back to you at some point. These clothes were expensive and we feel a bit miffed please be careful before you hire from this shop.
