I had a very disappointing experience at Moss Bros store on 17th and 18th February 2023. I purchased three items of clothing, a shirt, a T-shirt, and a jumper, but when I arrived home and opened the shirt, it was dirty, as if it had been spilled on. The jumper also had some stains on it. When I went back to the store the following day to exchange the items, the only worker in the store at the time, Dan, refused to exchange them and accused me of spilling coffee on the shirt on purpose. This accusation was completely unfounded and made me feel embarrassed. When I asked for a refund, Dan also refused to provide me with a refund. This is unacceptable behavior from a customer service perspective, I would not recommend this store to anyone, and I will not be returning. I hope that the store will take immediate action against their staff and ensure that this kind of behavior does not happen again. Overall, my experience at Moss Bros was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend shopping there.

Would give zero if I could. Four members of staff, mid week, an empty store, they stood on their phones and barely responded to my partner. They ignored that he had a booked appointment to rent a morning suit. They put him in a frock coat and told him it was a morning coat. The suit was ill-fitting and they just told him that's how it is supposed to look. Thankfully, for very little extra money, my partner went to a suit store in Sloan Square and managed to get what he needed.
