Visited this store tonight to hire 2 suits for our daughters wedding. Tom was the staff member dealing with us, his advice and help was pure quality. He definitely has an eye for tailoring. He did ask for further advice from Rob and Ieuan that were also working. May I say, these guys were top dollar, very professional and mostly, very friendly and pleasant. Totally taking the pressure and stress of hiring suits off our shoulders. These 3 guys are a credit to this company and I would fully recommend Moss Bros, Merry Hill, to all my family and friends. Where there’s a Maria, there’s a way!! Myself and my fiancés grandad who is also the best man, visited Moss Bros and Maria has honestly been a lifesaver, she tracked a suit down, sorted the alterations out each time we came in with no hesitation at all. Hands down she’s so friendly and we was talking about anything and everything. She’s really sorted us out, highly recommend!

Worst experience at a suit store. The staff member in the checkered suit tried to force my father to purchase a shirt he didn’t even ask for. The gentleman said “we can’t take it off the price” Even though we hadn’t paid yet. If I didn’t overhear then my father would’ve paid without noticing. As soon as he left the other staff member took the shift off the price and apologised for the behaviour. To top it off the suit turned out to be incorrect and had to go back to the store to get the correct size. They need to do something about the staff member as he tries to bully the customers into buying things they don’t need.

Showed up to make a return/swap before the shopping centre closes at 6pm. The online hours on google for this store states 24 hours open, which, presumably is incorrect. So, assuming the shop would be open until 6pm like most shops, we arrived at 5:35 to find the keys in the door shut. The lady said “already cashed up sorry”. Might be an idea to just update correct hours for future customers. It’s not always easy for people to make the trip when they work a 9-5 and don’t live locally.

I recently visited Moss Bro Merry hill to purchase a bespoke suit for my wedding day . Me and my fiancé were greeting by a fantastic member of staff, Robert. He was more than helpful, very knowledgeable and a great eye to detail. He was honest about what suited myself and gave us great comfort in knowing, what we are paying for is the right suit for me. He was friendly and didn’t rush us at any stage. I would 1000% recommend not only Moss Bros , but Robert personally. Fantastic service .
