I visited the Manchester branch today in the town centre. I must say I felt really ignored, and no importance was given whatsoever to myself. I went into the store to ask for some help in choosing a wedding suit but was asked to come back in a few hours when they would be less busy, as I didn’t have an appointment. I then returned after 3 hours and they said they would see me in 10 mins consistently until another 30 mins passed. I was waiting and waiting, and I could hear staff members chatting and laughing away amongst themselves but they were not even bothering to look at me or come help Me. After about 45 mins of browsing in the store, a staff member came and simply asked can we help you, in which I replied, I hope so, been waiting quite long. However the worst thing was that no apology was issued and the staff member didn’t come back and neither did they get their manager. Really disappointed with the service. No help. No effort. No appreciation.

Absolutely fantastic experience buying my wedding suit. Chris was really helpful and made me feel at ease. He set the tone perfectly and allowed me to explore my options while giving the right amount of guidance and his expertise was priceless. The fabric I originally wanted was close to being out of stock, so Chris even went in on his day off to try to ensure I got my first choice. I really appreciate his dedication and effort in doing this. Even though I had to go with another fabric in the end, I am more than confident it is going to be brilliant. Thank you and the whole team at Moss Bros St Anne's Square for such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Poor service. went in to buy 2 suits and all accessories but wasn’t even acknowledged I was there by staff - I’d indicated I needed size / fitting assistance with my choices - but just waited and waited by the counter. So instead I went to other shops who wanted my custom. #Slaters
