My son bought a suit from another branch when he got home the suit did not fit him properly. He said sales assistant helped him. Today we took the suit back to the Holborn branch. The two staff working were very helpful to make sure he got a good fit suit thank you to staff at Holborn.

Just collected a suit for my sister’s wedding and the staff member I dealt with was fantastic! Incredibly helpful and accommodating with making some last minute changes to make sure it fitted perfectly. Side note - I’d been into about 4 stores in London as part of the process of hiring this suit (trying to find different styles, get fitted etc.) and the service was dreadful in most of them. So thank you to the Holborn staff for going the extra mile!
