I recently purchased my wedding suit from here and was impressed with the service. I was able to try on a variety of suits and sizes which was great as I am quite fussy. The staff were helpful and were friendly to my partner whilst I was getting changed. The assistants were not pushy and I was able to make my decision over a coffee elsewhere before returning to finalise my purchases. I was impressed with the suit quality and the shop itself was inviting, which is grand as I find suit shops quite daunting. Would definitely go back!

Bought a waistcoat from them. Seller made me pay 130 when the product was 109. At home, I noticed the product was worn and had a part broken. I brought it back but the seller said I was out of the return window, when I was within it (30d, as indicated on ticket). Then, he said that he could not accept it as it was worn and broken! And basically accused me of willing to return a broken item.

I'm not going to waste anymore time on Moss Bros - Cambridge. Don't trust them with your special day or event. Please do not waste your time. I am truly at a loss for words with the level of service provided during a suit hire and how wrong the items were when we received them. Moss Bros could not even get us replacements before the wedding. No apology, they just hung up and then would not answer the phone to us - the day before the event. Moss Bros - if you are reading this and are interested in what happened then please give me a call - order number 56444707.

James was wonderful and ready to help my partners son get properly fitted with what he needed and offered him the options of customisation that was beyond what we thought would be on offer. We didn't have an appointment but they were happy to help and explain every step of the way. The computer had some issues but we went through the paperwork thoroughly and my stepson can't wait to go and get his suit. Having been quoted elsewhere of £1500, the end price here was a third of that and that's value for money in my book especially when you aren't treated like scum. 11/10 in my book!
