Went for a suit hire consultation and it was a pretty awkward experience. Staff seemed surprised even though I had prebooked. The young man who was my consultant wanted to know which suit I wanted to hire, which I didn't know because it was a consultation. No questions around theme, time of year, etc. When I asked if the consultant could make some suggestions, he showed me the website and asked me to pick from there. I asked if I could see the suits in person, he took me over to where some suits were hung up and asked which one I wanted. Genuinely lost for words at how weird this interaction was. In the end, we weren't allowed to try anything on because they required a deposit, and half the suits I asked to look at weren't in stock. I entered feeling excited for my wedding, and ended up leaving feeling very frustrated. tldr: wanted suit hire for wedding, staff member was clueless, experience was awful.

Went in to the Bracknell branch looking for a very very last minute outfit... The staff were fantastic and advised what could and couldn't be done... I ended up ordering a jacket with the help of the chap in the branch via the internet to make sure it got here on time... Great service, great attention... Thanks!!

Generally poor service, staff seemed annoyed at the existence of customers. Told me I could drive to another store, or wait three weeks something to come in, didn't tell me I could order it online instantly to my home, had to work that our for myself.

I bought a tuxedo recently within the last couple of months however due to unforseen weight loss / size change, I needed to exchange nearly every item for a different size / fit. The manager was helpful, managing to source alternate sizing at other stores, went out of his way to help me get something that fitted perfectly and avoid tailoring.
