    Visited the store yesterday and was served by Lawrence. The experience yesterday might just be the best example of customer service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing! Really top class from Lawrence. I must’ve been in the store for at least 2 hours but Lawrence was very patient with me ensuring everything fit and was the right size and colour. Trousers I wanted weren’t in stock but he kindly ordered them to be posted to my house. Came here looking for 1 suit, left with 3! Happy customer, will return again.

    My partner rarely wears formal clothes and is a well-built guy, so has struggled in the past to find suits and shirts that fit properly. He needed to hire a tux for a black tie event, so was massively outside his comfort zone. Megan was super helpful, friendly and knowledgable and the whole experience was very straightforward and stress-free. She talked us through all the options, gave good recommendations and made him feel really at ease. We came away having booked everything he needed in less than an hour! I can’t wait to see him in his glad rags.
