We popped in with our dog, we were warmly greeted with an extremely knowledgable team. This was a pleasure as it was the first we had been introduced to this product, we were offered a spontaneous eye test with a fantastic optician. We both ended up getting glasses and were pleasantly surprise it did not break the bank 😁 Highly recommend MOSCOT! Oh and we get lots of compliments

I knew Moscot were good; what I did not know is how amazing their customer service can be! I needed some good quality reading glasses and my friend recommended Moscot (I saw their frames in the past as well). I went to their Kings Road shop and chose a set of Miltzen frames; I picked up the standard size but when they were ready and fitted with lenses the size looked a bit too big. I went back to see if I can exchange them for one size smaller and I received the most amazing service from Niruba who was patient and calm and made everything possible to solve the situation. It has been a while since I received this level of customer service; she kept me informed throughout. The glasses are excellent they look cool, feel light, I would definitely recommend them but what I would recommend even more is their Kings Road shop and Niruba who turned the whole experience into a very positive one!
